Three people have been charged following a July 12 armed robbery at a pharmacy in Vankleek Hill, reports the Ontario Provincial Police. Two armed men had entered the Main Street business and later fled in a black vehicle. Later that day, Maryse Touchette, 27, and Keith Vaillancourt, 32, both of Grenville, were arrested for robbery when the vehicle they were travelling in was intercepted with the assistance of the Sûreté du Québec. Thursday, a third suspect, Rudy Lagacé, 44, of Lachute, was charged with robbery with a firearm, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, forcible confinement, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, pointing a firearm, disguise with intent and robbery with a firearm. Lagacé will appear in L'Orignal court July 26.
